Summary: All sales are final once processing has begun. Refunds are only issued for provable non-delivery where the fault lies with Digital Growth, not the customer.
Campaign Services — Refund Eligibility
Eligible for refund:
- Order was not processed and no delivery was initiated
- Significant under-delivery (less than 50% of ordered quantity delivered) due to a fault on our end — not caused by a private account or incorrect link
Not eligible for refund:
- Incorrect link submitted by the customer
- Account set to private during or after ordering — preventing delivery
- Campaign has already started processing
- Change of mind after payment
- Account suspension or restriction by the social media platform during delivery
- Natural follower/metric fluctuations after delivery is complete
Website Development Service — Refund Eligibility
The Website Development service (AED 499) is refundable only if work has not yet commenced. Once project scoping has begun (following our first email exchange), no refund will be issued.
If you are unsatisfied with the final deliverable, we offer one round of revisions at no charge before the project is marked complete.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hello@tobefinanalized.com within 48 hours of the issue arising
- Include your order number, the email used to order, and a description of the issue
- We will review and respond within 3 business days
- If eligible, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it with evidence including your order confirmation, the submitted link, and your public account confirmation. We encourage customers to contact us directly before raising any dispute with their bank — we resolve valid issues quickly.
