1. Agreement

By accessing and using the Digital Growth website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Digital Growth provides digital marketing services including social media visibility campaigns, content promotion, audience development packages, and website development. All services are digital and delivered online.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are final upon payment confirmation. Prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are inclusive of applicable fees. Payment is processed securely through our certified payment partner. We do not store card details.

4. Delivery

Campaign delivery begins within a few hours of confirmed payment and completes within 24–72 hours for standard packages. Pro packages (1,000 units) may take up to 5 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Account Requirements

All campaign orders require the target profile or post to be publicly accessible throughout the delivery period. If the account is set to private after ordering but before delivery is complete, Digital Growth is not liable for incomplete delivery and no refund will be issued.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You must submit the correct public link at checkout. Digital Growth is not responsible for orders processed to incorrect links submitted by the customer.
• You confirm that you have the right to request promotion services for the submitted profile or content.
• Your account or post must remain public from the time of ordering until delivery is confirmed complete.
• You understand that social media platforms have their own terms of service and you use our services at your own discretion.

6. Website Development Service

The Website Development service (AED 499) is a one-time fixed-price service. Upon purchasing, a Digital Growth representative will contact you within 1–2 business days to begin the project. Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon via email before work begins.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to request services for accounts you do not own or have permission to promote.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digital Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to Terms

Digital Growth reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
